Singed rework concept

This is my personal project that started several months ago.
It all started when I wanted to redesign League of Legends's Singed as a new champion. He has awesome idea keywords (chemist, madness, poison, etc). But he is an old champion and the image of him running around with shield slamming sound and spreading poison didn't appeal to me. I started the design with the idea of 'What if Singed comes out as a new champion in the current League of Legends'.
I decided to redesign everything myself without changing his primary theme. I could only do a visual update, but I wanted to challenge myself to create a great villain. Which is reworking his not only outfit but also his skill, mood, and characteristics.
